We are a profitable, privately owned dental practice in San Jose that wants to make a difference in the community. Our leadership team has over 20 years start-up and dental operations experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and young adults, has an excellent chair-side manner, and is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and preventive treatments.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment to help children feel comfortable during dental visits.
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Manage patient care efficiently while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active California dental license.
• Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program is highly desired. Cross training and mentorship available for new general dentists.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both children and parents.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Part and Full-time positions available. The ideal candidate able to work Saturdays and takes a week day off.

Compensation:

• Competitive compensation based on experience.
• Compensation includes a base daily rate and a percentage of collections.
