JOBS-014: Student Internship – Bilingual Front Desk / Dental Assistant (Trainee)

What You’ll Learn & Do:
As an intern, you will:
- Start by supporting the front desk team — greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing patient communications
- Gain exposure to dental assisting tasks (once BLS and IC certifications are obtained)
- Learn how to work in a high-volume pediatric practice with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork
- Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced dental professionals
- Have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role or pursue your RDA license (financial support may be available for the right candidate)

Ideal Candidate:
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Healthcare, Business, Accounting, or a related field with an interest in healthcare or dentistry. Minimum sophomore standing preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is highly valued
- Available to work at least 1 full day a week (Saturdays preferred)
- Willing to commit for at least 6 months
- BLS and IC certifications, or willingness to obtain them early in the internship
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
